Nefoedd

This piece is inspired by the mountains of Wales - there is a magic held deep in these mountains, which (despite seeing them countless times) still has the power to take my breath away.

In the heart of Snowdonia, when the conditions are right and if you find yourself in just the right place, there are these precious moments where the evening sun catches the craggy slopes and for a few breathtaking minutes it looks like the mountains are on fire.

However many times I’ve been lucky to see it, it never fails to stop me in my tracks. This piece celebrates that.
